Absolutely not. We apply a 1 Machine = 1 Customer system. This is our premium care standard to maintain hygiene and ensure your clothes are not mixed up or damaged.

The 8kg quota is the maximum weekly limit per pickup. If your laundry is less than that, the service will continue as usual. However, the remaining weight quota cannot be carried over to the following week.
